"Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they're happy."
This lighted ornament carries those words as a gentle way to remember someone who has died. It can be personalized on the back with a name, dates, or both, and the small lights inside give it a soft glow on the tree.
It's a gift to give when words are hard to find: to a friend who has lost a parent, a spouse, or a child, or to a family facing their first Christmas without someone. It is also something to keep for your own tree.

From a studio in her basement, founder Amy Hipelius and her brother Mike design and create handmade Christmas ornaments, home goods, apparel, Catholic gifts and more. Amy started her small business when her husband got tired of her spending all her time (and money!) designing and creating stuff for friends and family “just because”. She decided to turn it into a legit business, and Firefly Wishes was born.
