Shipping Policy
Receive free shipping for orders over $50 in the US. Your items will ship in 3-5 business days January through October. During the peak holiday season of November and December, your items can take up to 7 business days to ship.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for our custom, made on demand, or personalized products. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact me at within 30 days of purchase, including your order number and relevant photos, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations

Personalization Errors
We work hard to make sure your item is exactly how you ordered it before sending it to you, but sometimes mistakes happen or something goes awry either on our end or yours. I want you to be happy and excited about your item so don't hesitate to contact me at amy@firefly-wishes.com so we can figure out how to make it right.
Damaged or Faulty goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
