Love Like Mary, Serve Like Martha Stone Coaster
In Luke 10, Martha is busy in the kitchen making sure everyone is fed, while her sister Mary sits at the feet of Jesus and listens. Most of us are a little bit of both. This design began as a kitchen towel and became the one my shop is best known for, and here it's framed by soft pink peonies and greenery. My hope is that it reminds you that the serving and the sitting both belong in a life of faith, and that Jesus sees you in both.
You may be the one who is always in the kitchen, or you may be working on slowing down and just listening. Either way, this coaster is made to be used, whether it's under your morning coffee or propped on a small easel on your counter. It's a lovely gift for Mother's Day, a hostess, a Bible study friend, the feast of Saints Martha, Mary, and Lazarus on July 29, or the woman in your life who takes care of everyone else.

Care Instructions:
Clean with mild soap and warm water and let it air dry. Please don't put it in the dishwasher. Because the stone is naturally absorbent, it's best to blot coffee or other dark drinks right away if they spill.

All of our smaller ornaments come ready to gift with a gift box! Our larger ornaments have the option to add a gift box. You can upgrade to a lidded box filled with ivory crinkle cut and tied with a double faced satin ribbon (colors will vary). Your special ornament will be all ready for gifting! Our apparel and home goods items do not currently offer gift wrapping.
