I was quiet impressed at how Firefly responded quickly to my negative review below where post battery replacement the decoration did not work. My problem I could not see any indication of how the polarities of the batteries should face. Once Firefly sent an expanded photo showing one 2032 battery facing positive side up but the other battery had to face negative side up the decoration operated flawlessly. Change my 1-star to 5-stars. Once for the great customer service, secondly for the decoration operation.

Thanks for the care you took in getting my ornament to me. It is beautiful and the presentation was perfect. Love it!!
